TORSION SPRINGS
Torsion springs are often used above the bearing axles. With the help of computer design, an optimal lifetime and efficiency is achieved. Single or double wound, with body (lever) custom design.
Material : Wire of carbon or stainless steel or some other alloy. Various types of surface treatment.
Dimensions range from ∅ 0.2 mm to ∅ 5.5 mm.
COMPRESSION SPRINGS
As the name suggests, compression springs work when they are under load, or when they are under the effect of compression. Computer design is a guarantee for optimal lifetime and efficiency during the same. These springs can be designed for different applications (multiple applications) and only springs are delivered or at the customer's request completely folded, with all the associated plastic or metal components.
Material: Wire of carbon or stainless steel or some other alloys.
Dimensions range from ∅ 0.15 mm to ∅ 6.00 mm.
TENSILE SPRINGS
Tensile springs work on the principle of tightening up to which comes with proper movements. Computer design is a guarantee of the lifetime and efficiency of this type of spring. It is produced with different forms of ears and hooks and the initial force of action.
Material: Wire of carbon or stainless steel or other alloys. Various types of surface treatment.
Dimensions range from ∅ 0.5 mm to ∅ 4.00 mm.
SPECIAL SPRINGS AND RINGS
Products with multiple functions, including spring force (effects). The products are manufactured in computerized machines that allow for freedom of design, as well as the minimal risk of excessive (excessive tension) on critical turns. Dimensions range from 0.15 mm to 6.00 mm.
